The Pro-Mark ATA4 Tenor Mallets feature an aluminum shaft, strenghened by a white powder coating process which provides a longer life for the mallet and a soft, textured rubber grip. The ATA4 features a rubber head for warmer tones, when nylon is too hard and felt is too soft.
